Is a cruise to “nowhere” worth the money?
I want to surprise my bf with a 3 day cruise for xmas… we live in ny,I noticed some pretty good deals for cruises to nowhere, can anyone let me know about the overall experience and activities typically offered on these cruises? Thanks!
It’s worth it if you know how to take advantage of everything they offer!
Even if you take a week long cruise, it’s still not enough time to do everything you want to do, seriously. The only thing about a cruise to nowhere is that you don’t stop at any ports, and it’ll be over before you know it.
The ships are great. All ships are different, but for the most part they offer shows, movies, clubs, great food, a beautiful view, shops, contests, activities, lessons, etc. Some have rock climbing walls, some have waterparks on board, some have golf courses, and some have a tide pool!
I think any cruise is totally worth it, because you get to stay on a beautiful giant ship and feel like you’re on a floating hotel, plus you get great service and free (on most) food! Some cruises will not include drinks (speciality drinks, alcohol) and some services, but most of their activities are free. It’s way better than a hotel – better view, friendly service, and there’s sooo much to do.
You should do research. It depends on what you prefer, so look at different ships that offer cruises to nowhere and check to see if you like what they offer!
