When is the best time to book a cruise from either NY or NJ to get the best rates for Summer 2010?
Looking for Caribbean cruise and the prices are very expensive now with little or no deals.
Usually you can get the best prices closer to time to cruise. I have
taken many cruises and often you can get last minute deals – but they
only say that as you can book that a few months in advance. You are
looking too far in advance. Also, if you are using a travel agent, I suggest you do some research yourself and see what you can find.
